We must give him a decent burial,
Says a man who who walked away when he heard you were raising tuition money,
We must give him a decent burial,
Says a man who couldn’t pick your call for fear that it would be a peep into their exchequer once again,
We must give him a decent burial,
Says a man who replied all your texts with noted, and you kept waiting till your lifeless body in the casket stabbed his consciousness,
We must give him a decent burial,
Says a man who blamed you for not doing professional courses yet could not sponsor any of them,
We must give him a decent burial,
Says a man who could not allow you to do internship with his company, for fear you could be a burden to him,
We must give him a decent burial,
Says a man who never knew your degree program, he kept on asking what are you studying, but he gave little attention and he forgot it too soon,
We must give him a decent burial,
Says a man who kept on leaving at midnight, all the forums in which your hospital bill was being discussed,
They will treat you well in a casket, selfsame people who were too busy for you when you needed them the most. Many are willing to do you great favours, but the condition is clear : You must die first!
Therefore, life must be used to get the best out of yourself, don’t believe in philanthropy and altruism, make yourself a philanthropist.
Put a little more effort. Be a little more disciplined. Add a little piety. Try a little harder. Get a little better, and when you get to the top, be to those who need you when they are alive, what you could only get while in the casket!

Society kills you to love. During the funerals, they will sing emotional dirges, eulogize poetically, always ready to give more for the hypocritical ‘bereavement funds’, hire a cafeteria to prepare meals to marinate your death. Hypocritical, pretentious, irrational world
